I'm a versatile, multi-skilled New Media artist who seeks a challenging creative position within the digital entertainment industry. A swift learner, I employ a range of creative and analytical practices across both academic and freelance environments, having worked in fields as diverse as traditional print, video production and multimedia theatre. This unique blend of experiences has consistently tested my critical and technical acumen, allowing me to adapt my skills to a wide variety of production scenarios and become a valuable member of a creative team. Core digital design skills include 2D image design, video production, motion graphics and typography, underpinned by solid freehand drawing skills. Writing is also an important part of my creative output; I find communicating concepts through words in both formal and informal contexts is a satisfying creative experience.
I enjoy pursuing many avenues of New Media production, venturing into unfamiliar territory both conceptually and stylistically. My main area of interest however, lies in digital games and specifically, their application beyond that of their traditional entertainment context.
